WHAT TO EXPECT

-WORKOUTS ARE PROGRAMMED FOR BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED
-BRING A WATER BOTTLE AND A POSITIVE ATTITUDE

- Members may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to class start time to begin warming up and stretching.
- Class will start precisely at the time it is scheduled. 
- The Coach will guide the entire class through a specific warm up for the exercises they will be performing.
- You will be taught all you need to know about barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, and the cardio machines!
- Class is programmed to last 60 minutes.
- Once the last section is accomplished, equipment will be cleaned and returned to its proper place.
- We take pride in providing you with a great workout and clean gym every session!
