Coach Led - 60 Minute Class

5-10 min Warm Up

- Increase Blood Flow and Heart Rate

- Prepare Joints and Muscles

- Help Prevent Injury

- Help Perform Better

30 min Strength and Hypertrophy

Includes:

- Barbell, Dumbbell, and Kettlebell Weightlifting

- Bodyweight Exercises - 'Calisthenics"

- Band Work

15-20 min Condiitoning

This Could Be:

- Cardio Based - Rowing, Biking, Skiing, Running, Jump Rope

- Muscular Endurance - Utilizing More Weights and Bodyweight Exercises
